It's been said, "the consistency of our EXPECTATIONS, far outweighs the consistency of our CONSEQUENCES." Knowing that, we have to try and do alot of upfront work with our young people to create PLANS FOR SUCCESS, teach them good character and modelling whenever possible. However, we all sometimes make bad choices despite the support or upfront learning. When we do, we discipline with dignity, in a fair and progressive manner and we create PLANS FOR 'MAKING IT RIGHT.'
