The Long Term Accommodation Plan (LTAP) is a document that identifies
the short and long-term accommodation requirements for the Board. The
LTAP enables us to prioritize projects for Ministry of Education funding
requests. The LTAP is required before we can consider new schools,
additions, attendance boundary changes, possible school closures or
consolidations and partnerships. As responsible stewards, we need
to ensure that our school facilities provide optimum physical learning
environments, build on our tradition of excellence and adapt to the needs of
